ENTRY 5:  Questions and answers Macro skill:  Reading  Age of the students:  6 years old Topic:  Numbers  Performance Indicators:  The student will be able to memorize the numbers from 1 to 10. Description of the activity:  First the teacher will show the students a video song with the numbers from 1 to 10, then the teacher will paste on the board the numbers from 1 to 10 with their respective names and read them aloud, ask the students to repeat after him or her so that the students learn to read them, then ask them individually for a number and the students must answer what number it is. ENTRY 4:  Show and tell Macro skill:  Speaking  Age of the students:  6 years old Topic:  Favorite food Performance Indicators:  The student will talk about their favorite food. Description of the activity:  The teacher will ask the students to think about their favorite food and talk about their favorite food, for example, what time they like to eat it? what ingredients are in it?, why it is their favorite food? etc. And then the other classmates can listen and get to know each student's favorite food.  This assessment strategy will help the teacher guide the student in the development of certain skills by providing open-ended activities to identify learning progress. ENTRY 3:  Performance task  Macro skill:  Phonics Age of the students:  6 years old Topic:  Identifying objects  Performance Indicators:  The student will recognize objects by the sound of the words Description of the activity:  The teacher will ask the students individually to look around and look for objects with the sound she will give them, for example if the teacher gives them the sound /m/ she can ask them to point to things like a mat, mop, mug and other things. The teacher should help them with the names of things with the sound she gives them that they may not be familiar with so they can identify new objects.   With this strategy, the teacher seeks to identify the different skills that the student shows during the development of the activities assigned by the teacher. ENTRY 2:  Demonstration  Macro skill:  Vocabulary  Age of the students:  6 years old Topic:  Fruits  Performance Indicators:  The student will learn vocabulary about fruits. The student will be able to describe the fruits.   Description of the activity:  The teacher will show the students a flashcard about fruits and ask them to name the fruit on the card, then ask them which fruit they like the most and why?   This assessment strategy will allow the teacher to assess specific criteria for the skills, behaviours and attitudes that students should demonstrate during learning.  ENTRY 1: Checklist Macro skill: Listening  Age of the students: 6 years old Topic:  Body parts Performance Indicators:  The student will be able to identify by listening the parts of the body. The student will be able to name body parts.  Description of the activity:  The teacher will place a picture of the different parts of the body on the board so that the students can see and identify the parts of the body, then the teacher will ask them to touch their ears, knees, head, shoulders, etc. Until the teacher has mentioned the different parts of the body.  Materials:  Slate, image of body parts  Time:  20 minutes Sample of the resource:
